This our first Wine Sip & Share & Food Pairing! We have selected 4 wonderful wines that Suzanne will be pairing with delicious small bites. We will learn about "complimentary pairing" and "contrast pairing", and tips for wine & food pairing.
Our wine tasting / pairing line up includes (all whites):
* 2020 Soléna Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley OR
* 2019 Saracina Unoaked Chardonnay, Mendocino County CA
* 2019 Oro Bello Chardonnay, Lodi & Sonoma Mountain CA
* Valdo Rose Brut Sparkling, Italy (75% Nerello Mascalese from Sicily and 25% Glera from the Veneto) (nonvintage-grapes blended from multiple harvests)
As always while we are tasting, we'll focus on the The Five S’s of Wine Tasting: See – Swirl – Sniff – Sip – Savor.
Small bites will be served (Suzanne is so talented!)
If weather allows, we will be sitting outside.
